1. The "Bitkub x Block Street: Vision Day - Special Slido Quizzes" activity ("Activity") is organised by Bitkub Online Co., Ltd., (the "Company"). The Activity is held as part of the Bitkub x Block Street: Vision Day event on 19 May 2026.
2. Upon completing registration for the Bitkub x Block Street: Vision Day event and agreeing to its terms and conditions (https://luma.com/zzblkry0) ("Registration"), the participant must fulfil the following requirements to be eligible to take part in this Activity:
(1) Hold a Bitkub Exchange account with a minimum of Level 1 identity verification (KYC1) completed.
(2) Read, study, and complete the knowledge training on cryptocurrency fundamentals and BSB token through the following article: (https://form.bitkub.com/bitkub-vision-day-bsb-may26)
3. The participant may take part in this Activity once only. Participation rights are personal and non-transferable, and may not be assigned to another person, exchanged for cash, or redeemed for any other goods or benefits.z—
4. By participating in this Activity, the participant acknowledges and agrees to comply with the following rules and guidelines:
(a) The participant must scan the QR Code to enter the Activity within the timeframe designated by the Company only.
(b) The participant must answer questions via the SLIDO system at the venue. Results will be determined based on the leaderboard ranking displayed on SLIDO, taking into account the highest accumulated score and the speed of each response.
(c) The top 10 participants with the highest accumulated scores will each be entitled to receive a reward of BSB tokens valued at 350 THB (calculated based on the BSB token price of approximately 21.68 THB per token as of 11 May 2026). The Company shall have sole discretion over the conduct of this Activity, and the Company's decision shall be final and binding in all respects.
(d) The eligible participant is required to present a screenshot of their score result to the Company's staff, and must provide the wallet address of the Bitkub Exchange account designated to receive the reward to the Company's staff at the venue, strictly during the period in which this Activity is taking place.
(e) The participant acknowledges that the Company will airdrop BSB tokens to the eligible participant at a value equivalent to 350 Thai Baht (Three Hundred and Fifty Baht only). The actual amount of BSB tokens received will be calculated based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time the Company processes the airdrop, and may therefore differ from the estimated amount indicated in this Rules and Participation Guidelines.
(f) The Company will distribute the reward to eligible participants within 60 (sixty) business days from the date of the Activity. The reward will be distributed via airdrop directly to the digital asset wallet address provided to the Company's staff on the day of the event. Should the information provided be incomplete, or should the notified Bitkub Exchange account be unable to process transactions, the participant will be deemed to have forfeited their right to receive the reward. In such case, the participant agrees not to make any claim in connection with such forfeiture, nor seek any compensation of any kind arising therefrom.
(g) Throughout the participant's participation in this Activity, the participant is expected to conduct themselves appropriately and must not engage in any behaviour that disrupts, causes inconvenience to, or results in damage to the Company, other participants, or any other person.
The Company reserves the right to appoint any of its affiliates or any relevant third party to hand over, pay, or disburse the reward to the participant on the Company's behalf, as the Company deems appropriate. In such case, the Company may be required to share the personal data of the eligible participant such as first name, last name, and email address with the relevant affiliate or third party, solely for the purpose of facilitating the hand over, payment, or disbursment of the reward, and in the best interest of the participant.
5. The participant shall be entitled to receive the reward under the applicable reward conditions only upon having fully complied with all rules and conditions governing participation in this Activity. Should the Company determine upon review that the participant does not meet the eligibility requirements, or has violated or failed to comply with any of the rules and guidelines set out herein, the Company reserves the right to immediately revoke the participant's entitlement to the reward.
6. The participant agrees and acknowledges that, in order to respond appropriately to changing circumstances and facts, the Company reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend, modify, or cancel any part or all of the format, content, schedule, rules, and conditions of this Activity as it deems appropriate. The participant will be notified in advance before any revised rules and guidelines come into effect.
7. The participant acknowledges and agrees that this Rules and Participation Guidelines have been prepared solely for the purposes of this Activity, and shall be read together with and form part of the terms and conditions accepted by the participant upon Registration ("Main Terms"), applied mutatis mutandis. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between this Rules and Participation Guidelines and the Main Terms, this Rules and Participation Guidelines shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency and solely in relation to this Activity. Any matter not addressed in this Rules and Participation Guidelines shall be governed by the Main Terms in all respects.
