ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของกิจกรรม
1. กิจกรรม โอนเหรียญ USDT เข้า Bitkub Exchange ผ่านเครือข่าย Kaia รับ KAIA มูลค่าสูงสุด 200 บาท (“กิจกรรม”) นี้ จัดขึ้นโดย บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จํากัด (“บริษัทฯ”)
2. โอนเหรียญ USDT มูลค่า 5,000 บาท ผ่าน Kaia Chain รับเหรียญ KAIA มูลค่า 200 บาท จำกัด 750 สิทธิ์
3. เริ่มตั้งแต่วันที่ 16 ก.พ. - 17 มี.ค. 69
4.ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้อง
- มีบัญชี Bitkub Exchange และผ่านการยืนยันตัวตนระดับที่ 1 ขึ้นไป (KYC1)
- ลงทะเบียนเพื่อเรียนรู้และเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมผ่านแบบฟอร์ม https://form.bitkub.com/dep-usdt-kaia-feb26
5. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องศึกษา ทำความเข้าใจ และผ่านการอบรมความรู้เกี่ยวกับคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีเบื้องต้นและเหรียญ USDT จากลิงก์ที่แนบไว้ในแบบฟอร์ม
6. ของรางวัลคือเหรียญ KAIA จำนวน 108.696 เหรียญ คิดเป็นมูลค่าประมาณ 200 บาท คำนวณจากมูลค่า ณ วันที่ 19 ม.ค. 69 ราคาเหรียญ KAIA ประมาณ 1.84 บาท/เหรียญ
7.ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การรับของรางวัล 1 รางวัล ต่อ 1 บัญชี Bitkub Exchange เท่านั้น
8.ทางบริษัทฯ จะลำดับการมอบรางวัลจากผู้ที่ลงทะเบียนในแบบฟอร์มก่อน และทำการโอนเหรียญให้กับผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลที่ทำถูกต้องตามเงื่อนไขของกิจกรรม ภายใน 60 วันทำการ หลังสิ้นสุดระยะเวลากิจกรรม
9.ของรางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสดหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นของรางวัลชนิดอื่นได้ และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้
10.ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่มีสิทธิ์เรียกร้องค่าตอบแทน ค่าเสียหายของสินค้า หรือของรางวัล หากชำรุดเมื่อได้รับของรางวัลไปแล้ว หรือเกิดความเสียหาย หรือสูญหายระหว่างขนส่ง หรือสิ่งใด ๆ ไม่ว่าทางแพ่งหรือทางอาญา
11.บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขกิจกรรม โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า 3 วันทำการ

1. The "Transfer USDT to Bitkub Exchange via Kaia Network and receive KAIA worth up to 200 THB" activity (“Campaign”) is organized by Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. (“Company”).
2. Transfer USDT (minimum value of 5,000 THB) via the Kaia Chain to receive KAIA tokens worth 200 THB. This offer is limited to the first 750 eligible participants.
3. From 16 February - 17 March 2026.
4. Eligibility Requirements:
- Must have a Bitkub Exchange account with Identity Verification Level 1 (KYC1) or higher.
- Must register to learn and participate via this form: https://form.bitkub.com/dep-usdt-kaia-feb26
5. Participants must study and complete the basic cryptocurrency and USDT training provided in the link within the registration form.
6. The reward consists of 108.696 KAIA tokens (approximately 200 THB). This is calculated based on the market price as of 19 January 2026, which was approximately 1.84 THB per KAIA.
7. Each Bitkub Exchange account is limited to one (1) reward only.
8. Rewards will be prioritized based on the order of registration via the form. The tokens will be transferred to eligible winners within 60 business days after the campaign ends.
9. Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, other prizes, or transferred to any other person.
10. Participants waive the right to claim compensation or damages for prizes once received, or for any damage/loss occurring during transit, or any other civil or criminal claims.
11. The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions by providing notice at least 3 business days in advance.
