1. กิจกรรม WHALES REWARDS PROGRAM รับเหรียญ AVNT มูลค่า 8,000 บาท (“กิจกรรม”) นี้ จัดขึ้นโดย บริษัท บิทคับ ออนไลน์ จํากัด (“บริษัทฯ”) 2. มียอดเทรดสะสมขั้นต่ำครบ 20,000,000 บาท (โดยมียอดเทรดเหรียญ AVNT สะสมอย่างน้อย 300,000 บาท) จะมีสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมเพื่อรับรางวัล รับเหรียญ AVNT เป็น 8,000 บาท จำกัด 5 สิทธิ์ 3. กิจกรรมจัดขึ้นวันที่ 1 มี.ค.69 - 31 มี.ค. 69 4. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้อง • มีบัญชี Bitkub Exchange และผ่านการยืนยันตัวตนระดับที่ 1 ขึ้นไป (KYC1) • ลงทะเบียนเพื่อเรียนรู้และเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมผ่านแบบฟอร์ม https://form.bitkub.com/campaign-whales-rewards-program-avnt 5. ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมจะต้องศึกษา ทำความเข้าใจ และผ่านการอบรมความรู้เกี่ยวกับคริปโทเคอร์เรนซีเบื้องต้นและเหรียญ AVNT จากลิงก์ที่แนบไว้ในแบบฟอร์ม 6. ของรางวัล คือ เหรียญ AVNT มูลค่าประมาณ 8,000 บาท หรือ จำนวน 1,269.84 เหรียญ/รางวัล (คำนวณราคาเหรียญ AVNT ณ วันที่ 16 ก.พ. 69 ประมาณ 6.30 บาท/เหรียญ) จำนวน 5 สิทธิ์ 7. ขอสงวนสิทธิ์การรับของรางวัล 1 รางวัล ต่อ 1 บัญชี Bitkub Exchange เท่านั้น 8. ทางบริษัทฯ จะลำดับการมอบรางวัลจากผู้ที่ลงทะเบียนในแบบฟอร์มก่อน และทำการโอนเหรียญให้กับผู้ที่ได้รับรางวัลที่ทำถูกต้องตามเงื่อนไขของกิจกรรม ภายใน 10 วันทำการ หลังสิ้นสุดระยะเวลากิจกรรม 9. ของรางวัลไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นเงินสด หรือเปลี่ยนเป็นของรางวัลชนิดอื่นได้ และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้ 10. ผู้ร่วมกิจกรรมไม่มีสิทธิ์เรียกร้องค่าตอบแทน ค่าเสียหายของสินค้า หรือของรางวัล หากชำรุดเมื่อได้รับของรางวัลไปแล้ว หรือเกิดความเสียหาย หรือสูญหายระหว่างขนส่ง หรือสิ่งใด ๆ ไม่ว่าทางแพ่งหรือทางอาญา 11. บริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไขกิจกรรม โดยจะแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า 3 วันทำการ 12. ดาวน์โหลดแอปพลิเคชันบิทคับได้ที่นี่ https://onelink.bitkub.com/aHvr/gtbl7nio

Terms and Conditions

1. The WHALES REWARDS PROGRAM ("The Activity") to receive AVNT valued at 8,000 THB is organized by Bitkub Online Co., Ltd. ("The Company"). 2. Participants who reach a minimum cumulative trading volume of 20,000,000 THB (with at least 300,000 THB in AVNT trading volume) will be eligible to receive 8,000 THB worth of AVNT. This reward is limited to 5 eligible participants. 3. The Activity period is from March 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026. 4. Participants are required to: • Participants must hold a Bitkub Exchange account and have completed identity verification at Level 1 (KYC1) or higher. • Register to study and understand the fundamentals of cryptocurrency and the AVNT token via the form: https://form.bitkub.com/campaign-whales-rewards-program-avnt 5. The Company will base its consideration strictly on the timestamp of the completed trades that meet the criteria and the successful submission of the registration form. 6. The prize is 1,269.84 AVNT (valued at approximately 8,000 THB). This valuation is calculated based on the AVNT price of 6.30 THB as of February 16, 2026. Limited to 5 prizes only.

7. The Company reserves the right to award only one (1) prize per one (1) Bitkub account. 8. The Company will transfer the tokens to the prize winners who have correctly met all the activity conditions within 10 business days after the activity period ends. 9. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prizes, and the right to receive the prize is strictly non-transferable. 10. Participants shall not be entitled to claim any compensation or damages for products or rewards in the event of defects after receipt, or any damage or loss incurred during transit, or for any other reason, whether under civil or criminal law. 11. The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this activity, provided that a prior notice of 3 business days is given. 12.
